A child must have
completed 2 years and 6 months on 1st of April for admission to Lower 1 (Play
group), correspondingly there is an age limit for higher classes also.
- Admission for all levels
will be granted on the basis of admission test and personal interview.
- Registration of candidate
does not guarantee his/her admission and the administration reserves the right
to reject any application for admission without assigning any reason.
- Following registration, all
candidates will be notified about the date for the Admission Test. The tests for
Lower 3 (Upper Kindergarten) onwards will be conducted in 3 written papers
namely English, Mathematics and Hindi. the Admission Test papers for Year 2006
are available at the school. The papers will give you an idea of assessment at
each level.
- Failure to attend the
Admission Test/Interview without a valid reason will cause the registration to
lapse.
- For candidates seeking
admission to Level Junior 3 onwards, a merit list is drawn on the basis of the
score obtained in the written test. Only those who qualify are invited for an
interview on a later date. Admissions are finalized on the cumulative marks of
the written test and interview. Siblings of present scholars are, however, given
weightage.
- The following documents
will be required at the time of admission.
(a) Recent color passport size photographs (four) of the child seeking
admission.
(b) Transfer certificate (original)
from the previous school, if any.
(c) Birth Certificate, issued by the
Municipal Corporation duly attested.
(d) Copy of the last mark
sheet/progress report from the previous school duly attested.
(e) Indemnity Bond by the parents
(format to be provided by the School).
(f) Medical Fitness Certificate
(format to be provided by the School).
- Admission dues once paid
will not under any circumstances be refundable.
- Admissions are finalized by
School Admissions Committee comprising Members of the Board and the Principal.
