Grandparents are a family’s greatest treasure and the footsteps to the future generations. Their special love and care holds the family together. To honour their unconditional love, the pre-primary scholars of L1-J2 celebrated Grandparents Day on Friday, 2nd September, 2022 along with the Colour Theme – Blue.

The significance of the colour blue was reiterated wherein all scholars and mentors were dressed up in different hues of blue. It was a fun-filled day for the young ones as the scholars of J2 presented an enthralling morning assembly with beautiful thoughts and blue poems. They also expressed their sentiments for their grandparents through many poems and facts. Little scholars of L2 and L3 gave captivating dance performances on the golden melodies ‘NANI TERI MORNI KO MOR LE GAYE’ and ‘DADI AMMA DADI AMMA MAAN JAO’. The enthralling performances by the little scholars left the grandparents spellbound and thoroughly mesmerized.

A variety of blue colour activities were also held at different levels. Scholars made beautiful and colourful cards for their grandparents. It was indeed a visual treat to see the positive effect of this joint celebration on our little ones.
