Executive Director -Mr. Neeraj Kumar Bedhotiya

Mr. Neeraj Kumar Bedhotiya, with more than three decades of experience in the field of education, is known for his dynamism, and commitment to the process and purpose of education. In all his stints as head of various institutions, he has provided exceptional educational opportunities for the young. His devotion has resulted in the constant rise of students’ all-around achievements. Mr. Bedhotiya stands for integrity, courage, and democratic values.

Mr. Bedhotiya has had an excellent academic record as a student; always amongst the top positions, he has been a University Gold Medalist in M.Sc., and M.Phil. Mr. Bedhotiya has had an illustrious career; started his journey in education as a Physics teacher and Housemaster at the Doon School, Dehradun in 1986 till 1997, was an exchange teacher at Marlborough College UK for a year, had a short stint in the corporate field as a technical advisor to Dewey Pip Enterprises, Minneapolis, USA, Founder Principal of the Asian School, Dehradun, Principal of Raja Rammohan Roy Academy, Dehradun and Principal of Mayoor School Ajmer (Day school under the aegis of Mayo College General Council) for close to 15 years before taking up the headship at Daly College, Indore for a five-year term in 2017.

As Collaboration Secretary of Mayo College GC, he was also instrumental in setting up franchises of Mayoor Schools in Jodhpur, Raipur, Shri Ganganagar and Abu Dhabi.

Mr. Bedhotiya has been the proud recipient of two highly coveted awards- the CBSE’s award for excellence as a teacher in 2010 presented by then Union Minister for HRD, Mr. Kapil Sibal, and the President’s Award for outstanding contribution to education in 2015 presented by HE the then President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee at a function held at Delhi. Mr. Bedhotiya was also felicitated by the District Administration of Ajmer, and by the Society for Unaided Schools of Rajasthan, and various other organizations for exemplary public work in the field of education.

Mr. Bedhotiya has travelled widely as part of schools’ delegations and on personal visits, nationally and internationally. He has been a member of Round Square International, an organization set up by Kurt Hahn and has a membership of about 200 schools worldwide. He is also a member of G30 group of Heads of very prominent schools around the world and the only one from India. His experience in international curricula includes teaching A level and GCSE syllabus at Marlborough College, UK, setting up Cambridge International (A level/IGCSE) in Mayoor School, Ajmer and running Cambridge syllabi at Daly College, Indore.

He is an enthusiast of adventure, trekking, and sports, particularly cricket.
